Omni Engineering, Inc. has 45 years of experience in precision metal stampings and specializes in the manufacture of miniature and micro-miniature components.

Thin gauge copper-based alloys and stainless steels are used extensively in the manufacture of parts.  Metal thicknesses from .001″ to .032″ and widths up to 3″ in size.

With controlled atmosphere heat treating and various plating sources across the United States, parts are produced to a customer’s specification every time.

Omni Engineering, Inc. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.  ISO certifications can be found at the bottom of the homepage.

Omni offers routine preventive maintenance on Omni-built dies at no additional cost to customers.

Customer owned progressive die transfers accepted, with the condition the die fits within the confines of Omni’s presses.

SPC data is collected from key dimensions, defined by the customer and/or Omni Engineering, throughout each production run.  SPC data results (control charts and histograms) are supplied with each part shipment to the customer.
